All the pork we supply is British, 100% outdoor reared and comes from farms who share our passion for happy pigs and the welfare of their lives at every stage.

Generally the pigs we use are commercially bred but we also source a large range of rare breed pigs which tend to mature at a slower rate developing meat with a rich, deep flavour.

We find that dry-ageing any pig carcase for around ten days further enhances the texture and succulence of every cut.

As with all produce supplied by Select Butchery provenance is key so we will provide the exact origin of your Pork if required.
