Meet Tomek, Tomek is our dispatch team supervisor and he is responsible for ensuring you receive what you ordered. He delegates different areas of London to each one of his operatives based on the orders we receive at that moment in time and as you can imagine this differs daily so it’s a pretty intense role. Not only does he organise his team but Tom will try to order in all items we don’t carry on stock, before the deadline closes to make sure you get the product that day. He needs to make sure each route is released on time and will wait for the drivers to ensure there are no mistakes. Tomek has been with us for around 3 years, and in recognition of his hard work, he was offered the supervisory role in summer 2016 and has been an integral part of Select ever since.
