We have recently started working with Sourced Market and Neil Gander, the Group Head Chef.

Sourced Market was founded in Summer 2007 by Dan O’Neill and Ben O’Brien. Working in the music industry, Dan and Ben believed the food on offer at music festivals did not line up to the quality of the music.

Living on Borough High Street with access to some of the best food producers in the country, they came up with the idea to take the best of London’s small, independent food producers on the road.

After the first summer of events they quickly realised the demand for high quality, locally sourced produce. The search began to find the first permanent site to bring the concept of a farmers’ market to the convenience sector, which led to Sourced Market opening in St Pancras International in August 2009 which now serves over 12,000 happy commuters and tourists each week.

Over the last five years they have helped change the expectations of food in stations and are proud to make St Pancras International a destination for great food and drink.

The second site in Marylebone is now open and their third site will open in September 2016. It’s exciting times ahead for Sourced Market and we wish them all the best.
