For the 5th year running, Hawksmoor owners Will Beckett and Huw Gott partnered with Action Against Hunger to put on the Annual Auction Fundraising Dinner. Hawksmoor work with some of the greatest global chefs and this year was no different, as we saw André Lima de Luca, one of South America’s most exciting chefs and Brazil’s ultimate fire specialist, creating a meat-fuelled menu. The kitchen was overseen by none other than Hawksmoor’s Executive Chef, Richard Turner and Hawksmoor’s Executive Pastry Chef, Carla Henriques. The evening included wine and cocktails made especially by cocktail expert, Gustavo Buttino, and music from the meat industry’s favourite Christian Stevenson (DJ BBQ). The night was a huge success with over £100,000 raised for the charity. Congratulations to everyone involved and thank you for a great night.
