We’re back this month with some Technical News – our latest FSA report has been finalised and BRC is over for another year.
The FSA have gone through some changes recently and one of these is to try and visit as many processing plants as possible. Not to blow our own trumpet, but we received top marks from our annual visit.
A few days later we welcomed our annual BRC audit which went on for 3 days. We love a challenge so chose our busiest days to be audited – Thursday, Friday & Saturday! Were not allowed to reveal the results yet so tune in next month and we will put you out of your misery!
