As you all know, we love to invite suppliers and customers to Select HQ for a tour and a demonstration.This time it was the Executive Chef from the prestigious Hurlingham Club, Neil Carpenter along with Commercial Managers, Michelle and Gabriela. It was great to see 2 completely different functions of the business both enjoy the tour and the demonstration. Jay (our head butcher) broke down a thoroughbred Angus carcass after a full tour of facilities.
