This month I have Bobby Bizaki of Hillmans Burger Co in my corner.

I met up with Bobby Bizaki this month, to talk about his new burger restaurant concept, ’Hillmans Burger Co’ which will have a very strong emphasis on the best of British meat, with the full provenance and traceability being the key to the brand.

The first site will be based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, with further sites planned for St Albans an Cambridge, early next year.

He’d heard great things about our burgers from colleagues in the trade, so decided to approach us to develop a burger for them. We introduced Bobby to Lukasz, our Head of Production, who worked with Bobby’s requirements to create a burger specifically for the group.

The Hillmans Burger Co opened it’s doors for the very first time earlier this week and naturally, we wish Bobby and his team all the very best and look forward to a great working relationship.
